All orders should be on the
institution's Purchase Order Form and must have a Purchase Order Number.
Please clearly indicate the desired package and number of additional
users.
On receipt of your order we will issue the institution with an Activation
Code that can be used on the "Sign Up" page of Digital Exercise Book.
The code will be sent via email and post.
Please state your School ID if you wish to upgrade or add users.
Users
We give you a fixed number of users included in the price with each
package. Additional users can be purchased at any time for the Standard
and Premium package and added to the current subscription. Please note
that adding users to a package after the subscription has started will
not extend the life of the subscription. Please note that users flagged
as teacher contribute to the total.
Subjects
The Standard and Premium packages allows you to create additional subjects. This
means that other subject areas can take advantage of Digital Exercise
Book and possibly share the cost. Each subject is treated independently
and can have their own class lists and exercises although they use the
same user database.
Subscription
Each purchased subscription is for a period of one year. Although a
subscription may be cancelled at any time in writing refunds cannot be
given. We therefore recommend that institutions start with the 12 Week Free
Trial. The 12 Week Free trial is limited to a maximum of one per
institution. A subscription grants the use of Digital Exercise Book to
an institution and it is forbidden to share the subscription between
institutions. Two or more institutions working in a partnership are
invited to apply for discounted rates.
Upgrades
A subscription package may be upgraded at any time but this will not
renew a subscription nor extend the life of a current subscription. The
expiry date of the original subscription will not be affected.
Subscription Renewal
An active subscription can be renewed at any time within the last 30
days of the life of the subscription. Discounted rates will be offered
for subscription renewals (excluding the Free Trial Subscription)
(details in due course).
